Chrome Browser Now Working with Simple Server and the MTN Unlimited Browsing

Everything seems to be working these days like charm, that sometimes I am even forced to start thinking if it is the change that APC are talking about that we are beginning to witness.

I am quite sure that most of you are still grooving the MTN Unlimited Browsing on PC and Android with only M70 and if you are not then you are definitely missing in action and you need to retrace your steps and direction before every other persons crosses the Atlantic, leaving you behind the way people of Israel did cross the Red sea in the oldies leaving some people behind.

Remember that the MTN Unlimited Worked better on Mozilla Firefox when tweaked with the simple server but browser like Chrome never worked with Simple Server alone, no matter how you tweak the both of them together.

Now for somebody like me and my likes out there that cannot do without our beloved Chrome Browser, you were only forced to use the Simple Server with Mozilla thereby depriving some of you the joy you get when using Chrome.

But today, if your best browser is Chrome, you can now heave a sigh of relief as Simple Server is now working with Chrome Browser without any advance tweaking or additional software.

How do you then make the Chrome Browser to work with Simple Server?

= => Unlike Mozilla that you need to tweak the browser itself before using it with Simple Server, with the Chrome Browser, you don’t need to tweak anything, all you need is to just launch the working Simple Server as you have always done before and then launch your 

Chrome just the way it is, you can then fire up your browsing and download.

But if it din't work for you directly then, you should then tweak the Chrome browser by going to the menu>>settings>>show Advance Settings>>Change proxy settings which is under Nework>> then click on the settings tab on the box that pops up.

While there, tick the box under proxy server that says use a proxy server, then fill in 127.0.0.1 for Adress and 8080 for port and finally tick the box below that says Bypass proxy server for local address and click OK

Remember that you must have subscribed to any of the MTN BBLITED of N70 or the MTN MIDID of N100 plan before kick-starting the whole process above.
