Wow! Airtel launches Android data 1+1 promo that gives 4GB for N2K and 9GB for N3.5k, both valid for 2 months

You are all aware by now that Airtel finally ended the Airtel BIS 1+1 offer, but the good news here is that they just started another promo, this time around it is no longer BIS but Android data 1+1 offer that allows eligible SIMs to get a whooping 4GB for just N2K or 9GB for N3.5K, both valid for 2 months.

Airtel decided to follow exact pattern as they did during the BIS promo era by allowing only eligible SIMs for the offer i.e. SIMs that are whitelisted for the promo by Airtel computers.

Airtel Android data 1+1 promo
I know by now you must have started salivating on these latest offer and wanting me to immediately spill the beans so you can go dust up your airtel SIM…I hope you did not use annoyance and break your airtel SIM during those data zapping periods? Lol

Since we are here to serve you better, we will not even be wasting a single time to tell you how you can check for your SIM eligibility to start enjoying this latest promo.

To check whether your Airtel SIM is eligible for the latest Android data 1+1 offer,

*Just insert your airtel SIM on any phone and dial the code *437*1# for the 4GB plan that cost N2K or dial *438*1# for the 9GB plan that cost N3.5K.

After dialing either of the 2 codes above, if you get a reply message that says “Dear customer, you do not have sufficient balance for this plan”, then you should know that your SIM is eligible and you can go ahead to recharge your SIM with the said amount and redial the code.

On the other hand, when you dial either code and  get a reply message that goes like this “Dear customer, you do not qualify for this plan”, then you should immediately know that your SIM is nowhere eligible for the offer.

When you have succeeded in subscribing for any of the plans, to check for your bundle balance at any time, just dial *223#

The good thing about any Airtel plan including this latest Airtel Android data 1+1 offer is that it can work on any device of your choice and not necessarily only Android.

Now, what are you waiting for? Pick up that your airtel SIM and start checking for eligibility for this latest offer and start enjoying the plan.

    1. I am also wondering that, why will Airtel set their computers to only white-list some SIMs.

If you have another Airtel SIM, you can try it out and you might be lucky on that.

Do have a lovely day ahead

  8. Just spoke with the airtel call centre and they are insisting that if a text message is not sent to your phone informing you that you are white listed then u r not eligible. Has anyone that hasn't gotten the text been able to subscribe?
