Tecno phones in hottest soup as more other quality MTK devices surface with dipped down prices

Yes you heard me absolutely right; I will tell you that Tecno phones are in serious trouble in the emergent market as more and more other but similar MTK devices surface with dipped down prices.

The other time in one of our discussions here I asked a question; If Innjoo ranges of smartphones will end up threatening Tecno Mobiles in the emergent markets?

With that discussion still ongoing, we are even witnessing more and more other similar companies to Tecno coming out with breathtaking devices that cost far lower than Tecno phones. More so and knowing quite well that one of the major things that Tecno used in capturing the emergent markets was as a result of cheapness of their devices.

Now considering the fact that those other devices from different manufacturers that are coming out are of similar qualities and with similar features as those of Tecno devices, don’t you think that Tecno Mobile is in hot soup?

Let’s keep Innjoo devices apart for now; Infinix has one again reinvigorated with high ranges of smartphones at very cheap prices. Infinix, like Tecno is a very familiar product brand on those markets and was one of the major competitors to Tecno Mobiles.

Though Infinix Mobility was later silenced by Tecno as they became unable to compete with Tecno Mobiles at a point and Tecno captured the entire market and kept on pumping large varieties good quality android smartphones at low prices.

Now since the market is all about competition, can you guess what is happening now? After those periods that Infinix Mobility was found lagging, they went underground and did some serious underground work, and now they are back again to put up the phone war challenge to Tecno.

This time around they came back better with their latest devices and their Jingles that now echoes everywhere ‘Infinix Zero, from Zero to Hero’

Infinix came up with their new flagship ranges of devices, the X506 codenamed Infinix Zero with loads of amazing features and at ridiculously cheap prices. You can see for yourself the breathtaking features of their new born babies in the Reinventing Infinix Mobiles with the Infinix Zero article.

Remember that Tecno two flagship devices that recently launched are the Tecno R7 and Tecno Phantom Z which was compared here Tecno R7 VS Tecno Phantom Z, so you can follow it up to catch up with their features and differences.

The Tecno R7 and Tecno Phantom Z devices are in many ramifications similar in features to the Infinix Zero.

Now coming down to their prices, you will notice that the Infinix Zero is twice as cheap as each of the Tecno R7 and Tecno Phantom Z. While Infinix Zero is currently retailing at price range of about $127 to $152, Tecno R7 is currently selling for about $248 and the Phantom Z goes for about $345.

The big question is this; will you still go for the Tecno R7 and the Tecno Phantom Z at those prices when you can equally get similar featured Infinix Zero for only $152? And don’t forget that Innjoo is also there with high end features too and also retailing at prices far lower than those of the Tecno phones.

Or if I may ask another question; can you go for the old Tecno Phantom A+ of lower features than the Infinix zero that still sells far higher than the Infinix Zero?

I believe by now, you are convinced that Tecno phones are in big soup and if Tecno Mobiles fail to work things around fast, who knows what will happen next to their devices in those markets.
